Bambaiya Chai

A long, long time ago
On an island far away
People used to laugh & cry
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could set them in a romance
And maybe they’d be happy for a while

But those maniacs made me shiver
I shuddered with every ticker
Only bad news could be heard
I couldn’t type one more word

I can’t remember if I cried
When I read about the destroyed pride
But something touched me deep inside
The day the feel-good died

So bye-bye, ohh Bambaiya Chai
Drove my City to the Tapri
But the Tapri was dry
And them true blue boys eating spicy fish fry
Singin I won't stay in this pig sty
I won't stay in this pig sty...
